It is reported that market participant said that stipulated by the high price of scrap and billet, Turkish export prices of rebar continued to increase while the domestic price kept flat.
The demand from Dubai and Egyptian market turned better and buyers began to show interest in purchasing Turkish resources.
Currently, the Turkish rebar is quoted at about USD 570 per tonne FOB, higher than the price level one week ago.
In addition, thanks to the increasing price of billet and scrap with the rebounding demand, the Turkish export prices of wire rod and bar also increased as well.
