Taiwan’s stainless steel wire import, export fell in August

According to customs data released in August, Taiwan’s stainless steel wire rod imports totaled 2055 tons, decreasing of 738% year on year; the country’s stainless steel wire rod exports totaled 12570 tons, decreasing of 430% year on year.

Among them, Japan as Taiwan’s biggest import country of stainless steel wire rod is 78% of total import volumes; Thailand as Taiwan’s biggest export country of stainless steel wire rod is 18% of total export volumes, respectively.
