China’s Lianyungang brought 5,000 tonne-per-month stainless steel project online in Jiangsu on July 5, hexun.com reported yesterday.
The facility, located in Huale Industrial Park, cost 50 million yuan ($ 8.09 million) in the first phase.
The industrial park is also home to two other companies in operation, whose combined cold-rolled stainless steel capacity totals 11,000 tonnes per month. Besides, new cold-rolled stainless steel projects are under construction in the park. These projects promise to contribute 20 billion yuan in annual revenues to the park.
