The main sea freight index at Baltic Exchange for bigger vessels rose further to 747 points on Tuesday as rates for bigger vessels climbed.
The overall index, which factors in average daily earnings of capesize, panamax, supramax and handysize dry bulk transport vessels, was up 4 points or 0.54 percent to 747 points.
