Austria’s voestalpine will provide pipe plate to Abu Dhabi gas project

It is reported that Austria-based Voestalpine announced, the company has signed a contract to supply high quality pipeline steel plate for gas project in Abu Dhabi.



Meanwhile, Voestalpine Grobblech Ltd from Austria will provide 95,000 tons of high quality pipeline steel plate to its long-term partner, India Jindal SAW tube manufacturer. Contract delivery period is from October 2015 to March 2016.

In addition, Abu Dhabi plans to build 114 kilometers of high quality pipeline in next two years. Construction is expected to be completed by 2017.
